Alicia Keys (born January 25, 1980   with the name Alicia J. Augello is a birth-Cook) is a singer R & B songwriter and artist American pianist. She is an artist best known for the 25 million singles, albums sold worldwide and a number of prestigious awards the world including 12 Grammy Awards, 11 Billboard music awards music awards and 3 American music.
Keys was born into a family whose mother is Italian and father is a principal Ireland Jamaican in New York City, New York. She grew up in a poor neighborhood near Manhattan .
