|  Fred Astaire (born May 10, 1899 - died June 22, 1987) was a Broadway dancer, choreographer, singer and actor Oscar winning American. Life stage and film his last 76 years, which he released 30 films music. Astaire has a special relationship with Ginger Rogers, who played 10 films with him. George Balanchine and Rudolph Nureyev rated Astaire is one of the best dancers of the 20th century and he has often been assumed that dancers have the most influence in the history of film and television music. Astaire was the American Film Institute named one of the best stars in film history. |
