Olesya Rulin (born March 17, 1986 in Moscow, Soviet Union - now Russian Federation) is an American actress of Russian origin. She starred in many movies and famous as composer Kelsi Nielsen in High School Musical series.

Olesya Rulin was born poor in a small village located in north Moscow called "Likhoslavl".
