Robin McLaurin Williams (born June 21, 1951) is an actor and the American joke. He was known to many as Mrs. Doubtfire comedy (Mrs. Doubtfire) or Hello, Vietnam (Good Morning, Vietnam).


Williams was born in Chicago, Illinois, and grew up in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan and Marin County, California.
