Susan Sarandon (Susan Abigail Tomalin birth name; born October 4, 1946) is an American actress. She works in film and television industry since 1970, and won Academy Awards for outstanding actress for her role in Dead Man Walking in 1995. She was also known for political activism and social freedom for the modern career in the United States.

Childhood
