John Joseph Nicholson (born April 22, 1937), commonly known under the name Jack Nicholson, is a famous actor of American cinema, he is regarded as one of the best actors in history Hollywood history and known for playing characters with mental or psychological problems.
Nicholson has been nominated for an Oscar Best actor and best supporting actor best 12 times and won three times. He and Walter Brennan as the two actors most Oscar-winning, two just behind the famous actress Katharine Hepburn on the total number of Oscar winners for acting (Hepburn had 4 awards). Jack Nicholson is one of only two actors (the other is Michael Caine) is nominated for acting Oscars in every decade since the 1960s. He also had to 7 Golden Globes. Biography
Nicholson was born April 22, 1937 at Jersey Shore Medical Center Hospital in Neptune City, New Jersey, his mother, June Frances Nicholson, and professional dance (Showgirl) with the stage name June Nilson [1].
